Hi Friend,

The sign of a good entrepreneur is one who is not afraid to pivot when the time is right. As you heard me mention here last week, I’ve been growing quite frustrated with the X platform. One day it’s up, the next it’s down. One day your posts are doing great and the next they are faltering because the algorithm won’t push it out. It feels like a constant rollercoaster ride. In this week’s #SmarterX chat, I propose a new idea where I pivot from discussing the latest X news to more generic social media and digital marketing tips and ideas. I’m reviving a hashtag I’ve used over the years - #LearnWithMadalyn. I’ll still talk about the latest with X but I don’t want to limit myself to just that. Hit reply and let me know what you think.

All change for All Things Audio

This week we discussed the new live chat box in X livestreams and contemplated how it could be beneficial in Spaces as well. We warned everyone of a Facebook scam that was targeting podcasters. We shared our thoughts on Communities getting more love even though X did not bring Spaces back into it. And lastly, we shared the news that our weekly Space is moving to the first Wednesday of each month.
